Maintenance expert Mike Busch digs into the thorny issue of tightening critical fasteners properly when installing cylinders on a piston aircraft engine, explains why it is so difficult to get it right when doing it with the engine still mounted in the airplane, and emphasizes the need to be very cautious when replacing multiple cylinders or doing top overhauls. Qualifies for FAA Wings and AMT credit.
