Vintage Chapter 37 Secretary Report

Location: DeKalb County Airport - Hangar A - Vintage Clubhouse

Call to order: 7:04 pm
Attendees: 18 members, 3 guests

Secretary Report: None, no December meeting.

Treasurer’s Report:
-          Ending balance $3939.10
-          Motion to accept by Les M. Second Brad H. all approved

Old Business:
-          Motion to start a scholarship committee to develop a flying scholarship for chapter
           consideration by Geoff R. Second Brad H. all approved
-          Committee Sebastian B. Tom W. Kurt B.

New Business:
-          Motion to advertise up to ½ page with Foundation for Art and Music in Education
           in conjunction with EAA Chapter 2 by Kurt B. Second Phil R. all approved
-          March 14 date set for the banquet at St. James Restaurant
-          Air Academy ages 16-18 campers needed
-          Young Eagles display for Garrett High School freshman orientation
-          Young Eagles presenting to Starbase Fort Wayne
-          CAP will be selling lunch at Young Eagles events
