EAA Vintage Chapter 37

Auburn / DeKalb County Airport

*** ALERT *** ALERT *** ALERT ***

THIS FRIDAY NIGHT IS MOVIE NIGHT AT THE HANGAR

2008, NR, 74 minutes
In 1940, Nazi air strikes decimated Britain's Royal Air Force fleet of American planes.  This intriguing documentary tells of the canny solution that helped restore the Allies' dominance.  Volunteer civilian pilots departing from Canada braved long flights across the North Atlantic in the middle of winter to deliver new planes.  Interviews, vintage footage, and home movies profile the valiant few who undertook this little-known mission.

Hangar opens at 6:00 p.m.

Movie starts promptly at 7:15 p.m.

BBQ Grille is available for cooking.

Popcorn will be HOT!

Hope to see you at the hangar FRIDAY NIGHT!
