EAA Young Eagles Flight Rally

Who: All Youth ages 8 to 17

What: An aviation experience to meet pilots, learn how aircraft fly, and to take flight in a real airplane.

When: Registration: 9:00a to 11:00a
Aircraft Flights: 9:00a to 1:00p (weather permitting)

Where: DeKalb County Airport, Auburn, Indiana

Gate 7, Hangar A, EAA Vintage Aircraft Association

Why: Aviation provides a unique opportunity to learn something new, meet interesting people, consider becoming a future pilot or choosing a career in aviation, and to see the world from a whole new prospective.

We are finally getting rid of the old judges’ trailers. EAA gave VAA a building to use as a start to make our new judges offices.

We will build the addition in the VAA Hangar and then move and attach it to this existing building. We want to double the size of the building by adding a 16’ x 32’ addition onto the side of the building.
