Spunky Chickasaw American Indian aviatrix Pearl Carter Scott (Elijah DeJesus) -- who took to the skies for the first time at age 12 and earned her pilot's license a year later -- is the subject of this biographical drama produced by the Chickasaw Nation. A friendship with famed pilot Wiley Post (Tom Huston) ignites Pearl's love for flying, but the young lady in the cockpit must overcome many obstacles in 1920s Oklahoma to fulfill her dreams.
